Bruce Brown, Ph.D. | President & Founder
Bruce believes in developing and unleashing the knowledge, skills, abilities, and expertise of individuals, teams, groups, and organization. Full-time, Bruce works as an Assistant Director for Leadership Education at a large research university in Texas where he teaches several courses and completed a Ph.D. in Human Resource Development. Always seeking to enhance impacts, Bruce has researched, presented, and submitted articles for publication on Nonprofit personnel management, specifically volunteerism, within the Academy for Human Resource Development. In addition, Bruce works as a consultant to help develop other businesses, nonprofits, and government organizations.
In the gaming world, Bruce is the Founder of the Board Game Impact podcast and related media content, volunteers on Team Geek for the twice yearly BGG Conventions, is the Organizer of his local board gaming MeetUp.com group with over 1,000 members, and seeks every chance he can to play games with others.

Joshua Isringhausen | Vice President, Secretary, & Founder
Josh is an avid advocate for life-long learning through experiential education as well as developing conflict management and mediation techniques. As a full-time professional Josh serves as a Community Standards and Conduct Specialist as well as a Deputy Title IX Coordinator at a small, private liberal arts college in Colorado. Josh regularly works with his students to develop their skill and enhance their learning through real world experiences, whether it is through exploring the beautiful mountains of Colorado, volunteering with community based organizations, or sitting down to play board games with friends.
